Policy
While we love and appreciate your enthusiasm, please do understand that you are ultimately responsible for reading and adhering to the policy prior to being serviced, it is highly recommended. "I did not know" or any expressions of this kind are not valid reasoning for information readily available to you on our website and will not be acknowledged.
If after 15mins with no show or communication you run the risk of forfeiture of appointment. We do not have to contact you for this. Partial refunds will be credited back ONLY IF treatment was paid for in advance and booked directly; this excludes your booking fee + 50% of treatment total which are still non refundable. All lateness will come from treatment time. Regardless of the time you arrive AND are left with you are responsible for full payment of the time booked. Any treatment time extensions other than or beyond time booked will go at a $3.00/ min rate. Everyone's time is of equal importance and respect, lets practice courtesy and mindfulness.
Packages must be paid for in full at time of first appointment OR 65% of your bill total. All payments must be paid in full by the second treatment of your package series to continue being seen. Any missed appointments from package will be surrendered to Grace & Glory Massage Wellness without credit, refund or rescheduling of missed appointment. Packages cannot be combined. All package sales are final and non refundable.
Late fees for non, missed, or late payment are $35/ per day late; unless otherwise discussed and approved.
e-Gift cards are now available for sale and are not sold online. E-Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, can not be adjusted, and are non refundable once bought. All sales are final no exceptions.
24 hours notification of cancellation required for standard bookings. Standard bookings that fail to meet this guideline will in addition to being charged booking fee will be charged 50% of treatment total including all taxes. Holiday bookings must be made 7 days in advance of holiday and cancelled no less than 3 days before treatment. Holiday bookings that fail to meet this cancellation guideline will in addition to being charged holiday booking fee will be charged 50% of treatment total. This includes any additional taxes. No shows and clients with a history of cancellation (2x +) will not be re-booked. All booking fees as well as services are non refundable.
New Clients
New clients are required to pay a non refundable booking fee of $53. Upon arrival and completion of treatment this amount will be credited toward your balance and your difference will be due upfront.
NOTE: Grace & Glory Massage Wellness PLLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who fails to adhere to policy or engages in threatening, or disrespectful manner. I.D verification CAN BE requested. Appointments booked must be for individual reserving time slot.
